Samsonite Hong Kong is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to support in-store product information and sales transactions while delivering excellent after-sales service. The role requires a minimum of one year in sales or customer service, with a preference for retail experience.

Strong Cantonese skills and basic English/Mandarin are needed, along with basic computer use. You’ll handle inquiries across channels, assist with inventory updates, and support after-sales follow-up, including

Responsabilidades

• Provide product information and service details to customers and assist in completing sales.
• Answer customer inquiries, usage guidance, care information, and after-sales matters.
• Handle after-sales transactions including delivery and exchange arrangements.
• Offer professional sales and after-sales support across channels.
• Assist with general administrative tasks including inventory and product data updates, and keep the service center tidy.
• Follow up on repair inquiries, progress, and related arrangements.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO

• 具最少一年銷售及／或客戶服務經驗，具零售經驗者優先考慮
• 具備基本電腦操作知識（ Microsoft Office 、系統輸入、中文輸入法）
• 操流利廣東話；具基本英語及普通話溝通能力
• 以客為本，具良好溝通技巧、銷售及人際關係技巧
• 積極主動、有耐性及責任感
• 每星期最少工作三天，於星期一至星期六輪班工作
