Coltex Furnishing Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid merchandising and sales order follow-up experience and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, acting as the hub between sales, clients, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include order follow-up, vendor and scope management, maintaining product data, gatekeeping quality, and providing sales support such as quotations and client inquiries.

• Solid merchandising experience and sales order follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-tasking & order follow-up: manage several projects from data collection to final delivery.
• Vendor & scope management: coordinate with external designers and suppliers to ensure clear communication.
• Data & version control: maintain accurate master databases and validated product information.
• Quality & process gatekeeping: review vendor drafts for completeness and quality before clients.
• Sales support: assist in preparing quotations and respond to client inquiries.
