Job summary

Acker Merrall & Condit Asia Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to streamline order processing, inventory coordination and interdepartmental communication between sales and warehouse teams at our Hong Kong office.

You will support daily retail operations, monitor stock levels, assist in international shipping logistics, and help ensure accurate payment processing and accounts receivable for retail and auction activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate daily retail sales operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, communicating availability and order fulfillment with the warehouse team.
• Facilitate smooth communication between sales and warehouse teams to optimize daily operations and address issues.
• Assist in coordinating international shipping logistics, including preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Work with shipping partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving logistical challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping processes and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in confirming and processing payments for retail transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the GP accounting system.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment entries and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable for retail/Auction operations, ensuring all transactions are documented and processed accurately.
• Provide support for special projects in the retail and logistics departments and ensure adherence to company policies.
