Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive (IOEE, Internet of Lifts & Escalator) to execute and deploy new business concepts for Schindler Ahead and Digital Media products, and to access product to increase market penetration of Schindler new technologies.

You will handle existing clients and develop new prospects for Schindler Ahead, digital products, maintenance and repair works, and you will provide sales engineering training to the team

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Elevator & Escalator markets, trends, pricing.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; able to utilize data to support market strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy new business concepts for Schindler Ahead and Digital Media Product.
• Access product to increase market penetration of Schindler new technologies.
• Handle existing clients and develop new prospects for Schindler Ahead, digital products, maintenance and repair works.
• Provide sales and sales engineering training to the team.
• Develop sales/marketing tools and materials for PORT Technology and in-house products.
• Regularly visit customers to understand needs and provide professional technical advice.
