Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Hong Kong) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales & Tender specialist to support cost estimates, quotation preparation and tender documents for Modernisation projects.

You will work with sales engineering, fulfilment and service teams to hit department targets, liaise with customers and suppliers, and help shape market strategies through analysis. Mandarin and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Background in Lift/Escalator/Engineering sales, projects or technical fields is welcomed.
• Interest in sales career with tender preparation and direct customer contact considered.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve targets.
• Proactive in market change and strong numerical interpretation.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; SAP and MS Office skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales engineering team on cost estimates and quotation preparation.
• Collaborate with fulfilment and other teams to achieve Modernisation targets for volume and profit.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, Branch & Service Operation Manager and Field Supervisors on Modernisation issues.
• Collect market intelligence, perform market analysis and assist in devising sales strategies.
