Goldage Jewellery Limited is expanding its sales team and seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the sales and account management teams. You will coordinate orders from processing to shipment tracking and assist in liaising with international clients, production teams, and logistics partners.

You should be fluent in English and Chinese, proficient with MS Office, and able to manage records, inventory updates, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing).
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Independent, organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform indoor and outdoor tasks, including local travel or China.

Responsabilidades

About the role

We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Sales Assistant to support our sales and account management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle sales coordination, from order processing and sample arrangement to shipment tracking and invoice preparation
• Act as a primary liaison between international clients, internal production teams, and external logistics partners
• Maintain accurate sales records, inventory updates, and order status reports in the system
• Coordinate participation in regional/international jewellery trade exhibitions and manage related marketing
• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales department

About you

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling valuable items and maintaining records
• Willingness to perform indoor and outdoor tasks, including local travel or China
• Interest in the jewelry industry and eagerness to learn and grow within our company
• Less experienced candidates with part-time, temporary, or freelance background in the jewellery industry are welcome to apply
