Job summary

Wrise Financial Management Services Limited seeks a highly analytical Sales Support Executive to drive operational excellence within the Consultancy Development team. This role blends data analysis, sales optimization, and marketing coordination to support a growing network of insurance consultants in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or similar support function; fresh graduates with potential welcome.
• Experience in financial services/insurance is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is required; Mandarin and English are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KPI analysis to evaluate consultant/agent sales performance.
• Develop BI reports with actionable recommendations for management.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive growth targets.
• Coordinate training programs to elevate sales capabilities across the consultant network.
• Act as liaison between management and field teams to align objectives.
• Execute marketing campaigns and create promotional materials using design tools.
• Manage organized filing for all sales support materials.
