Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a data-driven CRM professional to optimize CRM and lead management for a leading insurance provider. You will ensure data accuracy, efficient lead routing, and performance tracking to support growth.

You will design Power BI dashboards, validate data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to deliver system enhancements. Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, lead management, sales operations, data analytics, or business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SleekFlow and Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience gathering requirements, supporting UAT, implementing system enhancements, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Manage and optimize CRM and lead management processes to ensure data accuracy, efficient lead routing, and effective lead tracking.
• Monitor lead performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and operational effectiveness.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to provide actionable business insights.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and reporting to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Gather business requirements and work with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve productivity.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, lead management, sales operations, data analytics, or business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience managing and enhancing lead management processes using CRM platforms and SleekFlow. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, reporting frameworks, and lead performance metrics.
• Experience gathering requirements, supporting UAT, implementing system enhancements, and driving process improvements.
• Insurance industry experience is a must
