Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations.
• Knowledge of Financial Services, preferably within banking or loan origination.
• Strong technical aptitude to manage website updates, deploy email campaigns, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, communications, and global marketing teams.
• Experience with online and offline events planning and execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Marketo or HubSpot is a plus with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and events including registration and logistics.
• Assist sales in identifying trends, prospects, and targets using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Run targeted campaigns to generate leads.
• Produce thought leadership content and social media presence for brand awareness and product launches.
• Gather and analyze activity metrics and report ROI to senior leadership.
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure adequate support.
