Your Role:
As a Gallery Advisor, you will be the Ambassador of Iris Galerie, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor while driving the sales and success of the gallery.

Your key responsibilities :

Gallery Operations & Sales

Manage gallery tools for photo shoots and editing during customer visits

Follow processes for opening, closing, and overall gallery cleanliness & security.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall gallery performance.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our experience and providing recommendations.

Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities

Welcome visitors warmly & Assist customers in selecting products

Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for improved operations.

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Your Profile:
We’re seeking sales passionate with strong interest in retail and a drive for excellence.

Strong sales Mindset and interpersonal skills

Results-driven with a passion for meeting goals.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Familiarity with office tools (Mac & PC).
