Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a Safety Supervisor to ensure on-site works are carried out safely and comply with in-house HS&E standards and statutory requirements. You will support the Safety Officer in implementing our HS&E Management System and render first aid with the help of part-time First Aiders.

The role requires a Diploma in OSH or a CIC/OSHC safety supervisor certificate (or a 43-hour OSHC/CIC course), at least 3 years of relevant safety experience on building sites, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in OSH or a 43-hour OSHC/CIC safety supervisor course.
• At least 3 years of relevant safety experience on building sites.
• Site supervision experience is essential.
• First Aider preferred.
• Willing to work shifts or at night.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

You will be responsible for ensuring the works on site are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with in-house safety requirements and that of the statutory authorities. You will assist the Safety Officer in implementing the HS&E Management System and rendering first aid treatment for the project with the assistance of the part-time First Aiders.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or Certificate of Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CIC preferred) or a 43-hour safety supervisor training course which organized by the OSHC or CIC.
• At least 3 years' relevant safety experience in Building projects preferred;
• Site supervision experience is essential;
• Good understanding in the construction processes;
• First Aider preferred;
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential;
• Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
• Willing to work for shift or at night.
