Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety and Health professional in Hong Kong to develop and manage OH&S systems across construction sites. You will monitor compliance, guide project teams, conduct audits, and lead safety training to ensure a safe work environment.

The role requires a Higher Diploma in OSH and a Registered Safety Officer credential, with strong communication and leadership skills for effective risk mitigation and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of site experience with a contractor.
• Experience on mechanical & electrical (M&E) projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and improve OH&S systems and plans.
• Ensure construction activities comply with regulations and company frameworks.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce actions.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Advise management on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into execution.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and supervision to site personnel to promote safety.
• Lead and deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
