Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a Safety Supervisor to ensure on-site works are carried out safely and comply with in-house HS&E standards and statutory requirements. You will support the Safety Officer in implementing our HS&E Management System and render first aid with the help of part-time First Aiders.

The role requires a Diploma in OSH or a CIC/OSHC safety supervisor certificate (or a 43-hour OSHC/CIC course), at least 3 years of relevant safety experience on building sites, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in OSH or a 43-hour OSHC/CIC safety supervisor course.
• At least 3 years of relevant safety experience on building sites.
• Site supervision experience is essential.
• First Aider preferred.
• Willing to work shifts or at night.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Officer in implementing the HS&E Management System on site.
• Render first aid with the help of part-time First Aiders.
• Ensure works on site comply with safety requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders as needed.
