Datago Technology Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development & Commercial Operations Executive in Hong Kong. The role supports client and partner engagement, lead follow-up, and the preparation of product and commercial materials.

You will assist with demonstrations, data trials, onboarding, renewals, and the drafting of NDAs and subscription agreements, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates and early-stage candidates welcome.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin); Cantonese is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, patient, and able to manage multiple follow-up items reliably.
• Strong communication and writing skills; comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on assigned client, partner, and inbound business leads; prepare and send relevant product and commercial materials.
• Support client and partner meetings by preparing materials, taking meeting notes, and ensuring agreed action items are followed up.
• Assist with product demonstrations, data trials, client onboarding, renewals, and general client communication.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial documents, including NDAs, data trial agreements, and subscription agreements, using approved templates; track reviews, approvals, and signatures.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including client details, opportunities, follow-up actions, and contract/renewal status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to support smooth commercial delivery and elevate non-standard requests when needed.
