The role covers market research, customer development, business development for AI scenarios and robotics projects, and industry networking to expand market share and revenue. Based in Kowloon Bay, HK.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher, majors in mechanical engineering, automation, or marketing preferred.
1–3 years of business development experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome with on-the-job training.
Deep understanding of robotics technology and market; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
Strong analytical ability and market-sensing; able to formulate market strategies.
Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research on robot industry trends, competitors, and customer needs; develop BD strategies.
Identify and develop new customers; build relationships; convert sales opportunities.
Participate in BD for AI scenario applications, robot and self-driving projects; design tailored BD strategies and grow revenue.
Negotiate with potential customers to reach cooperation agreements maximizing company interests.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure project progress and meet customer needs.
Regularly evaluate BD performance, analyze data and optimize strategies to grow market share.
Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to build a wide network of industry contacts.
