Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.

As part of your internship, you will support reporting and monitoring of metrics, analyze risk signals, assist with investigations, and help optimize AI tools and workflows across a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Basic understanding of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, with an interest in risk control and anti-fraud.
• Strong interest in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), familiarity with prompts or automation tools is a plus.
• Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to make independent judgments based on research.
• Good cross-functional communication and the ability to manage multiple task queues with urgency.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL/Datawind is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) at divisional levels.
• Continuously monitor cases and reports to identify trends, track risk anomalies, and elevate key findings to management.
• Assist in risk investigations by supporting user reports and risk signals, identifying key risk characteristics, and improving risk strategies for high-risk and organized case.
• Assist in optimizing AI tools and workflows to enhance risk operations, process automation, automated alerting, and cross-functional project tracking.
