Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) internship offers hands-on experience in building and optimizing web and mobile applications. You will work with AI-assisted development tools, collaborate with Product and Design teams, and contribute to scalable API designs and reusable components.

Current students or recent graduates in CS/SE/IT will gain mentorship, exposure to international engineering teams, and the chance to ship features to millions of users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Android development (Kotlin/Java) and Android Studio.
• Experience with REST APIs and Git workflows.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and scalable web/mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows, generate code and test cases, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into web/mobile apps.
• Design, build, and maintain Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java) apps used by millions.
• Work with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and integrate systems.
• Contribute to reusable components and set development standards.
• Write clean, testable code with reviews and automated tests.
• Document design decisions and development processes.

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Use AI capabilities to optimize workflows, optimize efficiency, generate code and test cases, tune performance, listen to user feedback, summarize user problems, build better products, etc.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to turn business requirements into intuitive, production-grade web and mobile apps.
• Design, build, and maintain applications across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of global users.
• Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration with high-performance systems.
• Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design), setting standards for future development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, backed by strong code reviews, automated tests, and performance profiling.
• Debug and solve complex technical issues, optimize performance across devices and platforms, and deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.
• Document design decisions, architecture choices, and development processes to support collaboration and scalability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in React; exposure to modern tooling like Tailwind, Rspack is a plus.
• Familiar with Android development (Kotlin/Java), Android Studio, and core components (Activities, Fragments); knowledge of Jetpack/MVVM preferred.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals; experience integrating with REST APIs/Retrofit is highly valued.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case creation, performance analysis).
• Passion for cutting-edge technology, eager to explore how AI can be applied to large-scale engineering challenges.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international engineering environment.
