Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in AI-enabled software development within a world-leading blockchain ecosystem.

You will work on real-world projects applying AI to improve developer productivity, build AI-powered tools, and contribute to an expanding internal AI platform. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Strong fundamentals in programming and problem-solving.
• Interest in AI, especially large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Assist in building AI tools such as coding assistants, automation scripts, and knowledge Q&A systems.
• Support the development of LLM-based applications (prompt optimization, lightweight RAG pipelines).
• Contribute to initiatives that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience.
• Help test, iterate, and document internal AI tools and platforms.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and use cases.
