Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the digital assets space. You will support compliance and legal projects, prepare materials, and help deploy vendor solutions while developing professional skills.

Current university students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to network and grow within a leading blockchain ecosystem. Some weekend support may be required when business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Demonstrated interest in compliance, legal, operations, or related areas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable using Excel, Python or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation and deadline tracking.
• Assist in preparing project materials like kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes.
• Support deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics and meetings.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct research on AML/CFT and other compliance topics as needed.
