Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is an internship for current university students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in the Web3 space within Binance’s accelerator program.

You will support AI-related projects in compliance and risk control, including KYC, KYB, and EDD, while developing documentation and participating in cross-functional activities. A remote work arrangement may be available, with a focus on practical learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Basic coding or scripting ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is careful, detail-oriented, and interested in LLMs and AI Agents.

What you will work on:

You will support AI-related projects in compliance and risk control areas, including:

• KYC (Know Your Customer): helping improve processes for identity verification, document review, and user onboarding
• KYB (Know Your Business): supporting business entity verification and related due diligence workflows
• EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence): assisting with more complex review cases, risk signals, and investigation support
• Helping test and optimize LLM/Agent-based workflows for compliance operations
• Reviewing prompts, automation logic, and model outputs
• Documenting findings, edge cases, and process improvements
• Supporting small-scale implementation, evaluation, and operational analysis tasks

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or a related field.
• Some hands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI Agents
• Basic coding or scripting ability is a plus
• Interest in compliance, risk control, or operational efficiency is a plusIf you are reliable, practical, and excited about applying AI to real business workflows
• Responsible and patient in repetitive or process-heavy work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of creating clear documentation and presentations.
• Strong sense of ownership, with a collaborative, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
