Job summary

Robeco in Hong Kong seeks an experienced RFP specialist to support Asia Pacific distribution and collaborate with global teams in Rotterdam. You will manage the full RFP process, craft compelling responses, and drive knowledge sharing across the firm.

You will interact with multiple disciplines, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and contribute to AI-driven improvements in proposal processes. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RFP experience within asset management, supporting institutional and/or wholesale client acquisition.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for clear and compelling responses.
• Good understanding of investment products or ability to quickly build investment knowledge.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate contributors and deadlines.
• Experience with RFP content-management tools; exposure to AI-enabled proposal management is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and take ownership while collaborating with global teams.
• Comfortable as Robeco’s primary RFP specialist in Asia Pacific with strong self-management.
• Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI and DDQ processes for institutional/wholesale in APAC.
• Develop clear, accurate, commercially compelling responses to showcase Robeco’s capabilities.
• Establish proposal schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate information flow across investment management, client reporting, sales, risk, and compliance.
• Manage proposal activity with the Head of RFP and regional stakeholders.
• Contribute to developing AI capabilities and onboarding of new AI tool for the RFP team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Robeco’s products and services.
• Participate in team projects and business development initiatives.
