Job summary

Robeco Investment Engineers in Hong Kong seeks an experienced RFP specialist to support Asia Pacific distribution and back up the global RFP team in Rotterdam. You will lead end-to-end RFP, RFI and DDQ responses, coordinating input from investment, marketing, risk and compliance to present Robeco’s capabilities clearly.

You will develop timelines, track milestones, and explore AI-enabled proposal management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP, RFI or DDQ within asset management or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills for clear, commercially compelling responses.
• Good understanding of investment products or ability to rapidly build investment knowledge.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RFP content-management tools; exposure to AI-enabled proposal management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RFP, RFI and DDQ processes for institutional and wholesale opportunities in Asia Pacific.
• Develop clear, accurate and commercially compelling responses that position Robeco’s capabilities.
• Establish proposal schedules, milestones and deliverables for timely completion.
• Coordinate information flow between investment management, client reporting, sales, risk management and compliance.
• Collaborate with Head of RFP and regional stakeholders on proposals and strategy.
• Contribute to developing new AI capabilities and onboarding AI tools for the RFP team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Robeco’s products and services across regions.
