Job summary

The Bank of East Asia (BEA) is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage rewards, performance management and benefits policy enquiries in its Hong Kong offices.

You will prepare salary budget MI, liaise with providers on benefits programmes, support policy reviews and administer salary upgrades, promotions and incentive schemes while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in HR management, rewards/policies/HR business partnering.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff enquiries on rewards, performance management and benefits policies.
• Provide advice to Department Users on rewards programmes and performance management.
• Prepare MI reports such as salary budget for management review.
• Liaise with service providers to administer benefits programmes.
• Support in reviewing compensation and benefits policies and staff handbook.
• Administer performance assessment, salary review and upgrade/promotion exercises.
• Review sales incentive schemes for regulatory compliance and payments.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
• Analyze statistical output from rewards surveys, job matching and benchmarking.
