Job summary

Kody is seeking a Data Analyst to drive revenue analytics and build robust BI reporting for GTM leadership. You will translate complex data into clear insights, support forecasting, and collaborate with Commercial, Revenue Ops, and Product teams.

The role emphasizes data hygiene, multi-source data consolidation, and automation to reduce manual reporting efforts while enabling leadership decision-making in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Revenue/Sales Ops Analyst in SaaS/Fintech.
• Strong SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data modelling experience.
• Experience designing BI dashboards and translating business needs into reports.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & GTM data analytics across the sales funnel to identify growth opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity across GTM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and consolidate multi-source datasets.
