Job summary

Your new company is seeking a talented Data Analytics professional to lead analytics initiatives across sales, marketing and customer engagement. You will develop dashboards, automated reports and insights that influence strategic decisions and performance metrics.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks, ensure governance and deliver actionable recommendations for growth in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or management reporting.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or regulated financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong data governance, reporting automation, and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives to drive business performance and customer engagement.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support sales, marketing, retention and growth.
• Manage and optimise lead management reporting, sales pipelines, conversion rates and performance metrics.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports and visualization tools for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven process improvement.
• Perform business performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational and commercial outcomes.
• Support compensation and incentive reporting by analysing commission and performance data.
• Participate in analytics and transformation projects ensuring on-time delivery of reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
