Job summary

Alexis Services Limited is seeking a Regional Customer & Distribution Data Analyst on a contract basis to transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The role bridges IT and business, ensuring accuracy of client, sales, and marketing metrics across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Power BI (DAX and modeling), advanced Excel, and SQL, with 3–6 years in BI or performance analytics, and a proactive, autonomous work style in a remote, cross-functional setup.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in business intelligence or performance analytics.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or highly regulated, data-heavy environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-market reporting and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert-level Power BI (modelling, DAX, and dashboard design).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL for extraction.
• Proactive interest in utilizing AI-assisted tools and automation to improve workflows.
• Ability to present complex data concisely to leadership.
• Disciplined and effective when working autonomously in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end reporting lifecycle for regional KPIs, including sales performance and client experience metrics.
• Audit and question submissions from local business units to ensure data accuracy.
• Standardize reporting definitions across all territories to create a single source of truth.
• Identify systemic data errors and implement long-term structural solutions.
• Modernize reporting workflows to eliminate redundancy and manual labour.
• Use Power BI and Excel to build automated, scalable reporting frameworks for monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Produce high-level briefings highlighting performance anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage sophisticated Power BI dashboards tailored for executive consumption.
• Analyse client feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify trends.
• Translate survey data into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing teams.
