Job summary

Recruitment Intelligence Consultants Limited seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will maintain data pipelines, build dashboards, and ensure portfolio tracking integrity.

You will collaborate with the team to support investment decisions, automate weekly and monthly reports, and govern data quality across multiple custodians, private equity portals, and property managers.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial data operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Python or R skills are a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail, high discretion when handling confidential information, and sound communication skills.

We are a private Family Office managing a diverse portfolio of multi-generational wealth, including global equities, private equity, real estate, and philanthropic ventures. We look for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to join the team.

The Role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw financial/operational data and strategic decision-making. You will maintain our data pipelines, build intuitive dashboards, and ensure the absolute integrity of the portfolio tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Clean, consolidate, and structure financial data from multiple custodians, private equity portals, and property managers.
• Reporting Automation: Automate recurring weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data investigations to support investment and operational inquiries.
• Data Governance: Monitor data quality and fix discrepancies to keep our records completely accurate.
