Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in revenue management, reservations analytics or distribution within hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue metrics, monitor performance against budget, and deliver insights to the Revenue Manager and stakeholders
• Support the Revenue Manager in rolling forecasts and analyze market demand to inform strategic planning
• Monitor rate integrity across all channels and room types; identify discrepancies and elevate for correction
• Analyze rate performance by segment and channel, including discounting impact, length-of-stay trends, and cancellation patterns
• Evaluate channel performance and assist in tracking campaign results
• Ensure accuracy of revenue-related data and assist in system audits
• Conduct competitor analysis and maintain an up-to-date calendar of demand drivers
• Ensure reporting and analysis practices align with corporate and brand standards, including definitions and KPI methodologies
• Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive business information

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue metrics, monitor performance against budget, and deliver insights to the Revenue Manager and stakeholders
• Support the Revenue Manager in rolling forecasts and analyze market demand to inform strategic planning

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in revenue management, reservations analytics or distributionwithin hospitality
• Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Managementor a related field
• Revenue management, data analytics or digital marketing certifications preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, good commandin English, and Putonghua
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools preferred
• Familiarity with RMS, PMS, channel managers, and OTA/GDS distribution
• Ability to interpret trends, produce clear commentary, and present findings
• Strongtime managementand problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of local and global hospitality market trends
• High ethical and professional standards with confidentiality mindset
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
