Job summary

Ideal candidate has 2-4 years in revenue management or reservations analytics, a hospitality-related degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; fluency in Cantonese and English is preferred, with RMS/PMS/BI tools knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in revenue management, reservations analytics or distribution within hospitality.
Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue metrics, monitor performance against budget, and deliver insights to the Revenue Manager and stakeholders
Support the Revenue Manager in rolling forecasts and analyze market demand to inform strategic planning
Monitor rate integrity across all channels and room types; identify discrepancies and elevate for correction
Analyze rate performance by segment and channel, including discounting impact, length-of-stay trends, and cancellation patterns
Evaluate channel performance and assist in tracking campaign results
Ensure accuracy of revenue-related data and assist in system audits
Conduct competitor analysis and maintain an up-to-date calendar of demand drivers
Ensure reporting and analysis practices align with corporate and brand standards, including definitions and KPI methodologies
Maintain professional integrity and confidentiality of sensitive business information
