Job summary

Argyll Scott in Hong Kong seeks a senior Project Manager to lead retirement tech and eMPF programmes for a 1-year contract. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage plans and budgets, coordinate trustees and IT teams, and oversee UAT and go-live readiness in a hybrid onsite setting.

The role requires 8+ years in insurance/financial services, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English and Mandarin. Immediate interviews and a fast process are offered for a landmark retirement programme.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management in insurance or financial services
• Retirement tech, MPF, or eMPF programme exposure preferred
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives
• Vendor management and end-to-end delivery experience
• Agile knowledge essential; PMP or Scrum Master desirable
• Fluent English and Chinese including Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retirement tech and eMPF projects
• Manage project plans, milestones, budget, and RAID logs
• Coordinate trustees, vendors, and IT teams across delivery
• Own UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews
• Chair Steer Cos, working groups, and stakeholder updates
• Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery across workstreams
