Job summary

Argyll Scott in Hong Kong partners with a tier-1 insurer to lead retirement tech and eMPF projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage plans, milestones, budgets, and RAID, and coordinate trustees, vendors, and IT teams across delivery.

This 1-year contract offers hybrid work (2–3 days onsite), a competitive rate, and fast interviews with an ASAP start for senior PMs with 8+ years in financial services and fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience with retirement tech, MPF or eMPF programmes is preferred.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retirement tech and eMPF projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budget, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate trustees, vendors and IT teams across delivery.
• Own UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Chair SteerCos, working groups, and stakeholder updates.
