Job summary

One Arrow Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project/Programme Manager or PMO Manager at multiple levels within the Hong Kong market. The role focuses on delivering strategic business transformation projects across departments and external partners, with emphasis on governance, stakeholder engagement, and measurable improvements.

Candidates should have 7+ years in insurance project management, strong English and Chinese communication, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related subjects in business/IT preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in insurance with full lifecycle delivery.
• PMO governance, waterfall and agile knowledge; PMP/Prince2/Scrum Master highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments and external partners to deliver strategic transformation projects.
• Review processes and recommend efficiency improvements to operations and performance.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders to ensure timelines and resources meet project goals.
• Manage project lifecycle from proposal to planning, budgeting, and resources control; monitor progress and risk.
• Provide timely project reporting to senior management; support governance and continuous improvement.
