Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an IT leader to manage and maintain the organization's IT applications within the retail sector. You will oversee deployment of real-time quotations systems and upgrades, ensure data security, and align IT initiatives with business goals.

A strong team leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential. The role requires 6–8+ years in retail IT, experience with POS/eCommerce, and bilingual Cantonese/English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with retail IT applications and systems (POS, eCommerce, infrastructure).
• Experience with Real Time Quotation systems is a MUST.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Bilingual Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the organization's IT applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Overseeing deployment of new technologies (Real-Time Quotations system) and upgrades to existing systems.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and address IT requirements.
• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Supervising a team of IT professionals and coordinating their activities effectively.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Monitoring IT budgets and ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
