Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Change Manager to lead technology transformation across retail operations in Quarry Bay. You will design CM plans for large rollouts, drive adoption, and coordinate stakeholders across global, regional and market teams.

The role requires 6–10+ years in Change Management with a digital/technology focus, fluent English and Cantonese, and hands-on experience with training, communications and user support during change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Change Management (digital/tech focus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing technology change in retail environments.
• Experience implementing technology/digital systems.
• Experience with training, communications, and user support during change initiatives.
• Able to deliver results quickly in temporary/interim roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technology change projects within the retail environment.
• Design end-to-end Change Management (CM) plans for PCC / mass rollouts, including change impact assessments, designing and delivering stakeholder engagement plans.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and communication plans.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including leadership, business office teams, and retail staff.
• Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and support resources for retail teams.
• Monitor change adoption and address issues or resistance promptly.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (global, regional, market) to ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
