Ingrid Millet Limited is seeking a hands-on Retail Administration and Project Executive in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end shop maintenance, store openings, fitting-out projects, and site operations across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Interior Design, Building Studies, Architecture or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail store maintenance, project coordination, or interior fitting-out projects.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with suppliers or vendors.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented with accountability.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee routine maintenance and coordinate emergency repairs across all retail branches.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, designers, contractors and landlords for openings and renovations.
• Project & Compliance Management: Track timelines, budgets, hand-over schedules, and contractor compliance.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare monthly maintenance metrics reports and support day-to-day operations.
