CK Asset Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Leasing Officer/Leasing Officer (Retail) to join our property team in Hong Kong. You will manage retail leasing activities, evaluate tenant requests and negotiate tenancy terms to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business or related disciplines, has 4+ years in retail leasing, and demonstrates strong English and Mandarin communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
