Swire Properties Limited 太古地產有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a Portfolio Officer to manage Cityplaza, Island Place and associated retail portfolios. You will be responsible for leasing, daily property management, tenant coordination and market research to drive value.

The role requires a university degree in real estate or related disciplines, plus 2+ years in retail leasing/management; strong English and Chinese communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Formación

• University degree in real estate, property management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with at least 1 year in retail leasing/management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing and property management of Cityplaza, Island Place or associated retail portfolios.
• Oversee daily management of Cityplaza Ice Palace.
• Coordinate with technical team for handover/takeback of premises and ensure quality service for tenants.
• Handle tenant fit-out submissions and work programs to fulfill requirements.
• Assist in coordinating estate management and mall common area tasks.
• Assist in leasing discussions to increase occupancy and draft tenancy agreements.
• Respond to leasing inquiries from tenants and agencies; maintain relations.
• Monitor rent collection and minimize arrears.
• Prepare regular reports and conduct market research.
