Job summary

United base is seeking a seasoned leasing professional to join our expanding team in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of quality office and retail properties and provide end-to-end leasing support. The role emphasizes strong negotiation, market research, tenant relations, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely lettings and renewals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leasing industry, focused on office and retail leasing practice, with strong negotiation skills
• University degree or related professional qualifications, preferably in real estate or business/ marketing related disciplines
• Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
• Proactive and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with good analytical ability
• Good knowledge and understanding of the real estate market
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
• Holder of Estate Agent’s License is preferred
• Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager to manage a portfolio of quality office and retail properties
• Provide comprehensive leasing support, including new lettings, renewals, tenancy administration, preparation of lease documents, handling lease inquiries, conducting premises inspections, and addressing related matters
• Coordinate all leasing-related interactions with both internal and external parties
• Review and maintain the current tenant database
• Conduct market and site research
• Research and update property information, government policies and related regulations
• Coordinate with the other departments on layout planning and tenants’ fit‑out works
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and defect rectification for office and other properties
• Work closely with service providers, contractors and facilities management teams
• Monitor maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality and timelines
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned
