As an internal consultant and project lead, you’ll drive digital enhancements, streamline workflows, and turn innovative ideas into practical improvements that boost frontline efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Project Management, or Internal Consulting.
• Tech affinity with system implementations or enhancements (POS, ERP, CRM, analytics).
• Analytical thinker skilled at mapping complex workflows and simplifying them.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is a strong plus.
• Hands-on, customer-centric change agent with stakeholder influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Rethink and optimize store operations, SOPs, and workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Lead rollout and adoption of retail technologies, translating frontline needs into system enhancements.
• Improve end-to-end omnichannel customer journey for a seamless offline-to-online experience.
• Drive cross-functional change management across Retail, E-commerce, IT, CRM, and Marketing.

Shape the Next Chapter of Our Retail Experience

We are looking for a forward-thinking Retail Operations & Transformation Manager to rethink how our retail operations work—from processes and systems to the overall customer journey.

This is NOT a traditional frontline sales management role. You will act as an internal consultant and project lead, challenging existing ways of working, driving digital enhancements, and turning innovative ideas into practical improvements. Ultimately, your mission is simple: make retail operations smarter, easier for our frontline teams, and better for our customers.

What You’ll Drive

• Retail Operations Excellence: Review and revamp store operations, SOPs, and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks. Identify operational pain points and strengthen governance while ensuring processes remain practical for frontline execution.
• System Enablement & Automation: Spearhead the rollout and adoption of retail technologies (e.g., POS upgrades, traffic counting, inventory tools). Partner closely with IT and external vendors to translate frontline needs into practical system enhancements, driving automation to reduce manual work.
• Omnichannel Customer Journey: Review the end-to-end customer journey to create a seamless offline-to-online (O2O) experience. Translate customer pain points into meaningful process and service improvements that elevate brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Change Management: Act as the primary catalyst for change across Retail, E-commerce, IT, CRM, and Marketing. Identify recurring execution gaps, resolve root causes (rather than applying short-term fixes), and ensure the successful adoption of new operational standards.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Solid experience in Retail Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Project Management, or Internal Consulting, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or health & wellness sectors.
• Tech Affinity: Proven track record of driving system implementations or enhancements (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM, or retail analytics tools) from user-requirement gathering to UAT and rollout.
• Core Skillset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to map out complex workflows and simplify them. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is a strong plus.
• Mindset & Leadership: A hands-on, customer-centric change agent. You possess the emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and gain buy-in from both senior management and frontline staff.
