Job summary

Vita Green Health Products Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an assistant who can use AI to turn business problems into working tools, reports and automations for e-commerce, marketing and internal operations.

You will learn from and work with the Digital Transformation lead. This is not a pure developer role; AI writes much of the code, but you bring business sense to ask the right questions and verify that the answers are correct.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training sessions and how-to guides to drive AI adoption.
• Keep tools running with data syncing, bug fixes and small feature requests.

Position Overview

We are hiring an assistant who is keen to use AI tools to turn business problems into working tools, reports and automations. You will learn from and work alongside the Digital Transformation lead across e-commerce, marketing and internal operations.

This is not a pure developer role. AI writes much of the code; we need someone with the

business sense to ask the right question and the discipline to check that the answer is

right.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain internal tools. Use AI coding tools to build automations and web apps for internal teams, including adding AI features to these tools where they help.
• Keep them running: data syncs, bug fixes, small feature requests.
• Map processes and prototype solutions. Sit with colleagues in sales, operations and events, map how work flows today, and build clickable prototypes of better versions.
• Help colleagues adopt AI. Prepare simple how-to guides and assist in running short training sessions, so teams can use our tools and AI skills in their daily work.

Who we're looking for:

• 0–2 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, data or a related area
• Fresh graduates welcome!!!! (Degree in any disciplin)
• Hands‑on with AI tools. You have built something real with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar — a script, a tool, an automation. School, side or work projects all count; please show us.
• Makes the complex simple. Can take a process that looks complicated, understand how it works, and explain it in plain, simple words.
• Languages. Fluent Cantonese; good written Chinese and English.

Nice to have

• Can read and check code. Can follow what AI‑written code does, debug it, and test whether the output is correct.
• Good with numbers. Good Excel skills; SQL a bonus. Comfortable with net sales, MTD/YTD, conversion and attribution.
• Used Git/GitHub.
• Experience with no-code or low-code automation (Zapier, n8n, PowerAutomate).
• Background in health supplements, retail or FMCG.
