Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is launching a trainee program in Retail Banking to develop talent through an intensive training, orientation, classroom sessions, and on‑the‑job exposure. Trainees will rotate to the Branches' Operations Team for practical experience.

The program seeks mature, customer‑oriented individuals with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; fresh graduates and IANG visa holders are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; HKQF level 5 preferred.
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities exams advantageous for regulated activities.
• Willing to start work in Branches' Operations Team first.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Undertake an intensive trainee development program with orientation, classroom training and on‑the‑job rotation.
• After completion, be deployed to the designated Retail Banking team for further development.
• Demonstrate customer focus and professional presentation throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years’ working experience will also be considered;
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
• Willing to start working in the Branches' Operation Team first.
• Mature, presentable, customer-oriented and detail-minded.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fresh university graduates and IANG visa’s graduates are welcome.

During the trainee program, the trainees will undergo an intensive development program, including business orientation program, structured classroom training and comprehensive on-the-job training. After completion of the program, you will be deployed to the designated team of our Retail Banking’s Branches for further development subject to the trainee’s performance.

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
