Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to drive sales, lead a dynamic team, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach associates, manage merchandising, analyze performance, and ensure exceptional customer service on the floor. The role requires strong leadership, a client-focused approach, and a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Strong merchandising instincts and attention to presentation standards.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and executing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans.
• Execute seasonal selling strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule support as needed, and coach retail associates.
• Provide product and styling training to strengthen client service and conversion.
• Conduct performance check-ins and drive accountability with a positive, brand-aligned culture.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service through engagement on the floor, product education, and styling support.
• Lead by example for personal service, professionalism, and service recovery.
• Handle customer escalations in line with brand guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain strong merchandising presence on the sales floor to support selling (product presentation, size runs visibility, signage, and neatness).
• Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks on-brand and inviting.
• Collaborate on seasonal resets and product launches to highlight key categories.
