Job summary

Intellip (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our premium home furnishing brand in Hong Kong.

You will lead store operations, drive in-store revenue, and coordinate marketing campaigns to expand brand influence. Responsibilities include managing store teams, implementing HQ marketing strategies, resolving customer issues, and coaching staff to improve closing performance.

• 2-3 years of working experience as Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Take overall charge of store management, implement marketing strategies rolled out by headquarter.
• Complete all tasks assigned by headquarter.
• Manage role allocation across different store departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Resolve customer complaints and various service-related conflicts properly.
• Deliver training and coaching for in-store team members.
• Plan and execute online & offline promotions and marketing activities, manage store foot traffic to boost brand influence.
• Lead the team to hit retail KPIs and drive efficient deal closing at store front.

Take full charge of store operation for our premium home furnishing brand. Expand brand influence via online-offline promotions, foot-traffic operation and marketing campaigns. Deliver retail revenue targets and drive sales growth. Lead the team to achieve business goals, upskill team sales capability and improve in-store closing performance.

About you

2-3 years of working experience as Store Manager.

Prior home furnishing retail experience is highly preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or over-achieving store performance targets within the past 12 months.

Minimum 2-year team-management experience, leading teams of 3 or more members.
