Job summary

Pardgroup is seeking a Project Manager to join the Retail Services Team in Hong Kong, with a second opportunity in Shanghai. You will manage client relationships, coordinate site activities, and oversee budgets, schedules and safety documentation for retail design projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is expected, along with fluency in English and Chinese. The role requires 3–4 years in similar positions, an architecture/interior design background, and strong communication skills to lead

Qualifications

At least 3/4 years of experience in a similar project management role in retail design.
Academic background in architecture, interior design, or related field.
Experience in organizing on-site projects, including drawings, site coordination, QA and safety.
Knowledge of 2D/3D software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Good knowledge of English and Chinese languages.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Client relationship management, including meetings and site inspections.
Assist in tenders with potential clients, provide technical insights and support decisions.
Develop technical drawings and innovative design solutions.
Organize and supervise project phases, activities, budgets, deadlines and materials.
Coordinate site, suppliers and subcontractors, building relationships.
Budget control, reporting and preparation of H&S documentation.
