CPJobs International is recruiting for a Personal Banking Manager on behalf of a local bank in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering general banking services and building strong client relationships, including wealth management advisory for high-net-worth customers.

You will open accounts, process credit cards and personal loans, and provide financial guidance. Degree in Banking/Finance required; IIQE 1-3 is mandatory; HKSI 1/7/8 preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• IIQE 1,2,3 is must; HKSI 1,7,8 is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant bank sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer servicing skills and strong sales drive.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general banking services to customers and build/maintain relationships.
• Provide financial services and wealth management advisory for high-net-worth clients.
• Advise clients on general banking services and wealth management products (accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance).
• Assist with account opening and other banking processes as needed.

Our clients is an local bank and they are seeking for experienced Personal Banking Manager from all levels to join their banking teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general banking services to customers in order to build and maintain good relationship
• Provide financial services to high net worth customers
• Provide Professional banking services
• Advisory to clients for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, credit card, personal loan and insurance

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or rated disciplines
• Holding either IIQE 1,2,3, is must; HKSI 1,7,8 is preferred
• One year relevant experience in bankingsales or customer service role
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Strong drive to excel in a sales career
