Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong seeks a client-focused Retail Banking Associate to join our branch network in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering professional financial solutions, driving mass-market growth, and achieving branch sales targets within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of banking experience, with strong product knowledge across deposits, lending, cards and wealth products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking or retail financial services experience.
• Solid understanding and exposure to various retail banking products (deposits, lending, cards, wealth products).
• HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent) and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5, plus MPF Intermediaries Examination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit business opportunities by promoting a comprehensive range of retail banking products to mass-market customers to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and fulfill customers’ financial needs, providing tailored solutions and professional product referrals when necessary.
• Drive initiatives for continuous service improvement, ensuring professional, high-quality and compliant service.
