Job summary

Renrui HR’s client, a rapidly expanding hotpot restaurant, is seeking Front of House staff for its flagship store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. You will warmly greet guests, record reservations and seat guests, and collaborate with the floor team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Fresh graduates or energetic candidates with no prior experience are welcome; prior FOH or guest relations experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front of House (FOH) Staff / Host

• Reservations & Seating Management: Accurately record reservations and manage table assignments efficiently to maximize table turnover.
• Greeting & Customer Care: Warmly welcome and seat guests, handle waitlists professionally, and show proactive care for waiting customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to respond swiftly to guest requests and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare dishes according to standards, ensuring food safety, strict quality control, and timely serving speed.

Requirements

• Attributes: Passionate about the F&B industry; outgoing, proactive, with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal appeal, and a customer-first mindset.
• Soft Skills: Fast learner, agile, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Experience: Prior experience in front-of-house service, host/hostess, or guest relations is preferred. Fresh graduates or energetic candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply!
