Wide Mind Limited is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader responsible for directing daily restaurant activities to ensure exceptional dining experiences and achievement of sales targets. The role emphasizes strong leadership, training, and execution of SOPs, while maintaining food quality and hygiene.

You will oversee cost control, promotions, and cross-department collaboration, and handle multiple tasks under pressure with an energetic, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-8 years relevant experience.
• Must have strong Mandarin, English and Chinese reading/writing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage restaurant operations to deliver excellent dining experiences.
• Provide excellent dining experience to customers.
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality customer service and achieve sales targets and operating efficiency.
• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations.
• Monitor and control food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage food cost and conduct stock takes regularly.
• Implement marketing promotions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and maintain timely communication.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
