• Previous experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and handle peak service times calmly.
• Basic understanding of international café culture and interest in specialty coffee and artisan foods is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Role Description

Responsibilities include following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining high hygiene and food safety practices, and ensuring workstations are clean, stocked, and organized. Kitchen Staff members collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to support timely service and respond to special dietary requests. The role also includes basic inventory support, such as checking stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and reducing waste through careful handling and storage.
