Job summary

Roasters Specialty Coffee House Hong Kong is seeking a Kitchen Staff member for a full-time, on-site role in Hong Kong SAR. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and support smooth kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities include following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining hygiene and food safety, keeping workstations clean and stocked, and collaborating with front-of-house to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in food preparation and cooking with ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards, including proper cleaning and safe handling practices.
• Effective communication with team members and guests to support service needs.
• Customer service awareness to ensure a positive guest experience at the counter or open kitchen.
• Previous experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and handle peak service times calmly.
• Basic understanding of international café culture and interest in specialty coffee and artisan foods is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
